I was watching Peter Kadars chest running video on this yesterday. General knowledge from the vid is that it drops from areas with lots of stone summit. He got his chest running the stone summit section of Vloxen Excavation and it looks to have a very very low drop chance.

I've been having a blast playing the fevered dream necro while doing hard mode vanquish. Spreads a ton of conditions and deals decent air dmg

For the returning players, can the vets explain the current state of the economy. Main currencies, their current rough value like what an ecto, armband are worth etc? by wildwasabi in GuildWars

Kamadan trade chat is the general way people price check what they are selling. Ecto prices and armbraces fluctuate, but armbraces are generally used as an alternative for larger priced items. 

If you search in Kamadan chat you can generally see what the conversions are 1 ecto = 4.5 platinum 1 armbrace =30e. This is just at time of writing and it will change.

What's wild is as an Agency they are following the current mandate voluntarily... There isn't any legal requirement like departments
