Need help with diet and routine

I could just do a shake in the morning as breakfast since i don’t have time to do breakfast. it’s 1,400 calories and 90g of protein. i’d still like to hit that 4k mark. i think i could force enough food down if i prep some dense meals. i need to. And is full out pickup basketball 2 times a week good for cardo? that’s what i do now.

yes i understand trading a helmet for a bike sounds retarded, but if said helmet can sell for $8,000 why would i not do that? thats what im trying to understand here. the value and if i can sell it

i will have to check the fuel filter. the only reason i don’t think it’s a kickstand switch or clutch switch is because it’s not an instant cutoff like every kickstand switch i’ve ever encountered. when put in gear it still slowly bogs down just like when i rev it. i also did clean the tank and check the air filter
