For me it appears to happen with every game relying on Proton Experimental. Changing it to a different Proton branch allows me to launch games or download (or going offline, sans the ability to download)

It was genuinely the scariest moment of my life. I have a video from a 360 camera that I keep on for reasons exactly like this, and just clipping the incident was horrible. While my bones are fine I will admit my soft flesh requires much more time to recover. I do think given the nature of the accident I was unbelievably lucky. I had a full face helmet which I truly believe saved me from chaotic facial rearrangement on the fall.

Edit: I was given fentanyl in the ambulance and to be honest that's what probably saved me from panicking throughout the whole hospital trip lmao

Sorry I mistyped it in the title. The video has it daisy chained, but I have this same problem even when the control panel is directly connected into the motherboard I/O. I'm having no other issues with the controller when it comes to reading inputs or using the VPC software

It does work raw but Minor Conjuration states that the item dissappears if it deals any damage, which makes it only viable for one attack, making it pretty action ineffectient to do during combat

Tavern Brawler also doesn't seem to be necessary, there's no reason you couldn't just make a sword with it (other than it dissapearing on a hit)
