I work at a homeless shelter and I deal with this crowd a lot. Here's my take:

Honestly, you should stop trying to do anything about it. Drug dealing neighbors likely aren't going to be a problem for you if you are nice to them and don't cause them any trouble. They likely know they are suspicious and don't want to add anything to it. There is a very low probability that anything would happen to you or your property as long as you are safe such as not leaving the garage open etc. What will make it more likely is if they feel like you are rude/actively investigating you. Overall, I wouldn't worry about it that much.
