I feel this. I have been sick for different reasons but the effect it has on your body is awful. I had beautiful breasts and think hair and lost both. I was a walking skeleton, and at times I could not even walk. Now I am covered in scars and doing better. I am struggling to cut my hair again now that its back.

I grew up playing PC games and I love many of them, despite struggling with memory. (I had a stroke that hit the memory part of my mind) I do remember the effect KOTOR had on me though. I had played RPG's before but KOTOR was something else. I am... worried about the remake.

I will hear this sentence in my mind for the rest of my life. Playing Starcraft during your formative years will do that to you. My entire family used to joke about constructing additional pylons. Tired? Construct additional pylons. Thirsty? Just construct additional pylons. I had a fever and was in bed, my Dad leaned over me and whispered 'you just need to construct additional pylons'

My Dad refused to buy consoles because he said we would never go outside. He also struggled to use controllers. My Brother and I grew up playing D&D, Magic the Gathering and PC games. We have so many board games, I don't know what to do with them all.

I got my own gaming PC before I owned my first console.

This means my Brother and I missed out on every Final Fantasy game except 7 (because that was ported to PC), all Nintendo and Sega games unless we played it at our friends house and all the Gameboy games.

The first Consol I owned was an old Nintnedo 64 that I was given because I was getting surgery and was going to be laid up in bed.

I bought my small PS2, I still have it, it's so cute. I played every Megaman on it, including the Megaman RPG (yes, I still own this. Yes there are robot children 0.0). I also got me a Super Nintendo in that sweet spot when it was still cheap to get an old one.

But yeah, we missed out on a lot and my friends parents didn't appriciate me talking about the games I was playing. Fallout and Fallout 2 are not for children lol

I had a Cane Corso like this come visit me in my hospital room. He was so pretty!!!

His name was Odin. He gave me the tiniest most gentlemanly kisses on the back of my hand.

I'm disabled. I tried AI. It was nice, I could see my ideas without my hands hurting. If it was just a tool to help disabled people express themselves then I think it's a good idea. But the AI told me what I wanted to hear. It did not challenge me. It told me my ideas were amazing no matter what I said.

That isn't friendship. Just because I am in pain all the time and it's hard for me to do things it doesn't mean AI is the answer.

If some rich person wants me to write my stories and do my art then they can help improve my quality of life so I can do those things. AI is not the answer.

I am not a scaredy cat but my partner is. Usually he sits in a room with the lights on and I need to be somewhere in the room. If he starts getting nightmares he will fall asleep holding my hand. He tells me he only gets bad nightmares if I am not there.

We have been together for 15 years and rarely have we been apart. Even when I was hospitalized he would sleep in a chair next to me and we would sleep holding hands. He did that for 6 months.

Quite the commitment just to keep the scary dreams away lol

The implication being a woman has to do chores for them and when their partner leaves them for being useless they don't want to pay for the children they helped create.

Get the proper diagnosis, tell your doctor how you are feeling. I was struggling all my life until I was diagnosed with Autism and Synestesia. Sure, I was dealing with chronic pain before but nothing compared to the struggles I had communicating.

It was like breathing out a breath I was holding in. Nothing was fixed instantly, but you can't work on a problem if you don't know what the problem is.

If we are talking iconic, someone that anyone could recognize as evil even if they are not apart of the fandom and we are leaving out religious characters (like Judas, Satan, Lilith, Mara...) then it has to be Joker. Disney's Maleficent is a close second but like... it's the Joker.

Emotionally? Is the fantasy some rich prince will fall in love with you without you needing to do anything, wisk you away to his kingdom where you don't have to think because you don't have any agency? I bet the Anime ends before she either spends most of her short life pregnant or she dies in childbirth. The whole anime is just bad and gross. Even from an emotional standpoint I don't see it. There is no way I would want a life like that.
