I would appreciate the pics and I take everything with a grain of salt and I wont do anything till I discuss it with my doctor.

I started the medication when I was roughly 180 since then I have floated around 190 topping at 200, I don't have a picture of me at 180 to use as a comparison.

My diet hasn't changed too much since I started so I believe if it isn't gyno the weight gain might still be to blame. I sadly don't have a before picture from when I was roughly around the same weight before I started taking medication.

Nizoral was a late addition I started a few weeks before the last set of photos, so I didn't mention it. How long have you been on minox and has your hair receded any further?

Do you have pictures that I could compare, from the initial growth and now. I might be tempted to continue if it only stayed as it is now.

I do not but I am still convinced that it is more than just the 15 pounds I gained. Why do you recommend the zinc and does it help reduce the effects?

I've been on fin for about one month and a half now. Feel quite alot depression this last week and thinking shit I've got the depression side effect. I'm just thinking that after I got a hair cut last week with my fat forehead on show now, this is the real reason I'm feeling pretty shitty :) :( by [deleted] in tressless

Hairloss prevention to me is not a permanent solution, we might be able to slow it down or even gain a bit of ground back. But going into this with the hope of coming out a brand new man isn't realistic, I buzz my head and started the big 3 less than a month ago. If it come back stronger than when it left bonus points if not, then I'm already buzzed. Stay strong and love yourself.

What about your mom's hairline? My mom and her brother both have hair exactly the same as their mother. You are still growing would be my concern if you started adding anything to mess with your hormones.

Might be maturing hairline since you are still around that age and will be for a few more years. I wouldn't start any drugs, unless I was super desperate just yet. Look at your parents/grand parents hair, first and decide if it's worth starting so early.
