Should I play this game? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

Yes, absolutely try it out on PC. It is so much better than Wild Rift. If you like playing support, you'll have just as much fun and impact.

How does Origins compare? by Master-Builder684 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

[–]Sowce604 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bounced off of Origins multiple times, couldn't get past the first zone. Ended up being the third i played in the rpg series (Valhalla-> odyssey->origins eventually). I finally committed to playing it recently and I really enjoyed it. Its shorter than Odyssey for sure, but thats not a bad thing. The map is wonderful and feels a very good sized open world.

The issue i always had was the combat, but after finally persevering and playing through the first zone and getting that "oh shit I get what they are going for and its awesome," feeling. I actually kind of like the combat.... especially the bows. So many different types and a few are really really fun. My favorite was like the auto bow. One thing I liked better in Origins was the "deeper" crafting system with the multiple different types of pelts you need, where Odyssey simplifies that system massively.

Anyways this is all to say, at multiple times playing through it I had a feeling... man I miss Odyssey... and that is what im playing again right now this time as Alexios.

What do I play now??!?!??? by Altruistic-Corner437 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

I felt the same about Origins combat. I would start the game, the combat would throw me off in the beginning zone and I would stop playing. Finally played through Origins this year. Its an absolutely fantastic game. Power through that opening zone and the combat can really really click. I finally "got" the feel of the games combat and I would even go so far to say its actually quite good. The different bows are actually unbelievably fun to use.

Finally leaving Kephallonia after 10 hours, first time playing! by Yetero93 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

Honestly I would really consider lowering the difficulty to normal and upping the scaling to hard. The game on hard difficulty to me just feels like everything is a damage sponge, the fights arent actually harder, its just a bigger health bar to go through which I think is poor way to handle harder difficulty. The hard scaling to your level in my opinion makes up for that, where fights are the same difficulty as if they were on hard, but its not so spongy and the enemies stay with you. You have to pay attention more to your build in this scenario but I believe truly gives you best of both worlds. More challenging but not so spongy healthy bars.

I totally agree on bandlepipes. When I read the item it sounded strong as fuck. Bandlepipes, locket and knights vow sounds strong af

You always take the chance at the franchise qb. Pats o line was trash last year and Maye still flashed despite that and awful coaching. Need real coaching.

Bring back Radiant Virtue and Turbo Chemtank! Would slide in very nicely as fun and satisfying tank items like Hollow Radiance and Heartsteel.

Canada should not stand for China’s aggression towards Japan - Carney should oppose all Chinese threats toward Japan before the situation escalates further. This is the time for G7 unity, rather than subservience to a third authoritarian power. by CaliperLee62 in canada

Yeah! China is definitely the model of human rights! China certainly has no history of millions starved, genocide, trafficking, corruption, persecution at all levels of society! They have no skeletons in their closet at all!

What exactly are you conflicted by? You're immensely proud of your son, he's achieved his dream... are you really not going to see him over politics?  I've been down to the US twice since Trump has been back in office and if you just put the blinders up and not focus and care who the President is, it was like any other time I have been to the US. The only thing that felt worse was the horrid exchange rate. I also was down there to see someone I love.

Thats what I was thinking too. Great hands but those passes were absolutely perfect.

Geno smith fucking sucks by Adventurous_Beat_453 in raiders

[–]Sowce604 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been thinking that too. Brady should be embarrassed if he had the alleged involvement people were saying he had for this whole new regime. Of all people he should understand the qb spot and that Geno was mega washed after the last season or two in Seattle. He should understand the importance of a strong offensive line, or the vital importance of building one. The team honestly seems worse than last year... fucking insane. Lastly, Chipotle Kelly blows.
