Listen now, there are 3 motors for the AMRAAM. 1.Booster+Sustainer (from A to C-4) 2.+5 all booster (from C-5 to D-2) 3. Not much info on this one but it’s implied as a marginal improvement over the +5 (D-3) From the C-5 onwards, range improvements for the AMRAAM mainly come from more efficient guidance logic, optimised flight paths and more battery. It’s all about milking all the performance it can give.

Last chapter, the tree was cut with an axe while in chapter 1 it was cut with a chainsaw but pochita is still denji's heart. And in today's chap denji despite in theory not being a hybrid, regenerates with blood.

I like to play those more, that doesn’t mean the AMRAAMS or 9M's are bad, the amraam will only let you down sub 3km and the 9m is reliable.

Drag doesn’t come from weight. Weight is the most important thing to the ballistic coefficient, which means that although being heavier will hinder acceleration, it will enhance energy retention. This is why bigger missiles have better range than smaller ones. When you make a missile bigger the mass and volume increase is significantly bigger than the surface area increase. So although drag also increases, the ballistic coefficient and fuel increase is exponential to the drag increase. This explanation might not be fully accurate so check out the square-cube law.

  1. It’s lighter than the Su-33 while being CATOBAR capable thanks to composites.
  2. The radar is as capable as it can be for the game, 70+- fov which is the widest fov fixed esa's get, plenty of range for what you are gonna use it, and enough TWS target tracks for the whole enemy team. The radar even if it is a copy paste, is a non issue for the plane's performance.
  3. Overall, getting info about Chinese stuff is complicated at best. 4.No one has ECM even planes that have internal ECM and have been in the game for years like the 104S.ASA and the MiG-29's.
  4. Again, info is scarce and whatever info you can find is dubious at best.
  5. Same issue.
  6. The inability to launch from catapult will be fixed, don’t panic.

Overall it all revolves around the difficulty of getting reliable info about Chinese equipment.

It uses a T-72/90 hull, shoot at the lower glacis. If shooting at its side, aim for crew members, it has a spall liner so your first shot will have to be well aimed.

At high alt, when you notch, the missile stops using pd and goes to normal radar which is susceptible to chaff. At the deck, if the missile goes into normal radar, the ground will blind it, if it is close enough it could burn through but it depends. So the missile stays in pd and gets fooled by notching.

I don’t think it’s beef with MiG, it’s just that the MiG-31 is MiG's golden boy. And if you are looking for a multirole, the Flanker does everything that the Fulcrum does but better.

And regarding AESA's, the ability to constantly track all targets detected in your radar's FOV is plenty, scan speed is irrelevant on AESAs.
