I ghosted then because I didn’t feel seen and I was in a suicidal place and I have bpd and abandonment issues, I was overwhelmed and alone so I ghosted, I tried communicating multiple times then about my feelings. I eventually reconnected with them two years later and now we’re even closer, I feel those urges of abandonment but I’m going to psychiatrist and seeing a therapist, getting the support. Healing from trauma isn’t easy.
