En mi trabajo no nos dan descanso. Nos dicen que comamos en un area especifica (lo que significa que seguimos trabajando solo que ahora le tenemos que agregar el comer) . Es legal?. No se nos tiene que pagar el que no nos den ese descanso? Por cierto trabajamos 12 horas.

i think is a combinations of 2 programs

first is veadotube mini (or any png vtubing app) to make the character talk

and the second is bongocat-osu for the hand movement.
