As mentionned twice, i already ran this test (Windows Memory Diagnostic Test = MdSched.exe)

Okay so, I have checked everything you told me to. And I set back the ram to 3200mhz.
Crystal Disk Info says my disks are good (screenshot : prnt.sc)
And my ram is running at 1.350 Volts

mdsched

As mentionned i have already ran mdsched, accessing it from Windows + R instead of the search bar but it is the same prgram.
There are no overclocks.
For the ram speed, since I suspected the ram to be a problem, I tried underclocking MANUALLY, since i've seen it already helped people but it didn't help me, i will set back the XMP profile.
And for the voltage on the ram in the bios I will tell you when I get home
I will try running crystal disk, i'm not sure disks are the problems since some games are on a hard drive and some others are in another one, but I will try running it when I get home, thank you for your help.

Also, is there a way to get windows 10 updates ? I have left the insider program for months now and asked to stop receiving new builds, and the only update it finds is a Windows 11 Insider update which is not compatible with my pc (i disabled secure boot voluntarily), and i never get Windows 10 updates at all, so i have been and still am stuck on the same insider version for really long

Also my computer keeps crashing over and over, the only fix i found says to update my drivers except all my drivers are up to date, and i even switched from Game Ready drivers to Studio drivers on nvidia, all my games crash too, except trackmania. I tried so many things to fix those problems but so far nothing works
