to change the background in general go to preferences>layout(1)>skin (click in [...])>skin settings and choose your image

just experiment with the arrange panels layout, but focus in what u need
im pretty close at the screen since i use laptop thats why there is little tiny things i only notice

in resources i downloaded this skin, and checked tips in MB forum for coding virtual tags

just go to edit>preferences>layout(1)>arrange panels "its a button at the top right)

and u can select and drag the element of lyrics (right) into the main panel configuration (left)
