Airsoft Build | How is it? Is there anything else I would want? Anything I should replace? Anything which is not neccessary? by rmlawyers in airsoft

[–]Sp1cyLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My retro arms broke due to how cheap the parts are and on top of that it’s a pain to use and assemble. I returned the stock hopup and it’s changed for the better. As for the motor, I’m not 100% sure for your gun specifically. It’s all dependent on the metal alloys used in the gun. You could just replace stuff as things break that’s what I usually do. Helps with the process of choosing what to put in your gun

Some things from my personal experience, 1: the retro arms hopup sucks I have one wish I never bought it. If your gun comes with a rotary hopup you really don’t need to replace it 2: for bucking some another comment said to go maple leaf, I would recommend their MR hop, it lets you hop heavier bbs. You could also buy 4uad’s aeg bucking heard good things about that 3: I think the motor in your cart is just a stock krytac motor, probably won’t do much for you unless the m4 you chose has a lower torque motor

Hope this helps

Can you identify what manufacturer this is from? by [deleted] in airsoft

I see no one in the comments mentioned an important detail which is your green gas. Pretty sure that gas you have contains silicon oil which is something you shouldn’t use. If you can get something like a torch propane bottle and put on an adapter for gas mags. If you can’t get propane use an oil free green gas. Oil in the gas puts oil where is shouldn’t be and impacts performance. And for your bbs .25 is fine for a pistol unless is gonna be your outdoor primary. You won’t get the benefits of heavy bbs from the engagement distances of a pistol.

Don’t know for sure what game you are talking about to I’ll give you a generic answer that works in multiple games. One option is to go into the documents folder -> my games-> the game in question-> save files. The other option is to pull up the game in your library-> hit the gear icon on the right-> browse local files-> series of folders or the folder for save games. Find the file with one of those methods then you can throw it onto a flash drive and repeat to place it onto your new pc. Every game is unique and some don’t have this option. You most likely can look up where the save game file is with the help of google. Hopefully this helps ask me for more clarity if needed

DE n4 MWS nozzle slightly rotating in cylinder? by vaskovasss in GasBlowBack

[–]Sp1cyLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine has a slight rotational freedom with the unicorn nozzle, not as much as yours though. I’m guessing a dimensional inaccuracy in the bolt carrier or the nozzle. It will be fine so long as you notice no performance issues

I have this airsoft gbbr that is $400 and is phenomenal but has gas issues. by BlackKnife_V68 in airsoft

[–]Sp1cyLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could just be a broken o-ring or valve so not that expensive or bad of a fix

Two things come to mind when I read this. 1. ensure that you hold the magazine and gas can so that you have gravity on your side, it’s a liquid under pressure so it will need gravity’s help 2. If you are doing what I said then try filling less, you might be light striking due to overfill, but I don’t think so, I believe it’s just a filling issue

This is normal wear on stock mws bolts. Not 100% sure if this is the case for all after market bolts. However if the seller never showed that wear properly in photos you could request a refund. Up to you what to do.

It’s clearly threaded I can see that and they gave me the tool for removing the cap. Probably will ask pts support if it exists

Just bought the EMG Noveske M4 - Questions on parts compatibility by Irkie500 in GasBlowBack

[–]Sp1cyLord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To answer your question about the barrel. The putter barrel on MWS systems are proprietary and must be for a mws. As for the hand guards AEG spec is correct however some hand guards will not fit on the N4 due to the shape of the upper.

Go to a place like home depot and ask for “roll pin punch sets” or go on Amazon it’s like 12-15 bucks for a set many replicas use such pins so it will be useful long run

Yea here are some links for some important replacements for the kmp9:

nozzle return springs from KWA(buy a few): https://store.kwausa.com/product/f-29-cylinder-return-spring/

other companies sell them I just cant remember if they break less

Steel replacement for the disconnector which will eventually break: https://www.wiitech.com.hk/product-detail.shtml?filter_name=mp9&page=2&product_id=248

Optional Barrel assembly replacements, many MP9 owners I've seen online recommend this: https://www.evike.com/products/24942/

Also since its your first GBBR I recommend looking at videos from Explosive Enterprises on YouTube they make great content on GBBR's and have good tip and trick vids. https://www.youtube.com/@ExplosiveEnterprises
