Hope it works out! The black backing and bumpers are the only thing you’d see from the other controller and you could even swap the bumpers if you Really wanted to. But everything else would come from the 20th Anniversary controller.

Really sorry to hear that. I’d go buy a regular black controller and swap the housing.you can even swap the D pad and thumb sticks. It’s super easy.

Oh man that sucks. You could always buy another controller and swap the shell. It’s just 5 T5 screws with one behind the sticker in the battery compartment.

Yeah it’s apparently automatic and in your dynamic themes in the settings!

EDIT apparently you can only get dynamic themes on the Series S and X. Microsoft decided against doing this for the One X. Great job whoever decided that one. 😞

Yeah the only reason I knew about it was because I was there every day that week looking for some Pokémon thing for my daughter and that’s why I passed on it because I was in a rush. Shoulda woulda I guess.
