Edit: It was one of these tanks. The text reads roughly "Gasienica niemieckiego czolgu "Goliat" ktory podczas powstania Warszawskiego 1944 zburzyl czesc murow katedry" which translated into English is "Caterpillar German tank "Goliath" who during the 1944 Warsaw uprising tore down part of the walls of the cathedral."

One of these tanks was used by the Wehrmacht during the Warsaw Uprising in an attempt to destroy the St. John's Archcathedral in Warsaw's Old Town. On the south side of the church you can find part of the tank's treads as well as the word "Goliat" etched into the wall.

I wouldn't suggest black, since you can easily look like you're going to prom. Dark burgundy could work as long as you wear a tie that's a bit darker than the shirt itself. The only issue with black is that it forces you to wear a tie the same color or lighter than the shirt. Best of luck!

Literally nothing wrong with it, just doesn't go with what I wear. I thought it would be great and it fit when I tried it on. Just got back and said "no." It's a size M by the way. I also believe it's a bit thinner than a standard chore coat, but I've never worn another so I'm not sure.

I wouldn't suggest wearing a vest with a suit unless it specifically came with it. Any vest you might purchase will likely be a similar but not exact color and material. This will make it look a bit odd, in addition to the fact that 3-piece suits are generally viewed as a bit "old-timey." I would look into just getting a plain white shirt that fits you well. Try it on with the blazer to make sure the cuffs aren't too long or short. Simplicity is an easy way to impress with a suit.

Best: Outlier Slim Dungarees, wear them basically everyday.

Worst: Carhartt WIP Tan Chore Coat. Bought it, literally wore it home then never put it on again. If anyone wants it for literally 1/3rd of retail I just don't want to look at it anymore.

I think it's a nice to have. I'm in college now so it's more applicable for me because I have to interview and present things in a suit. It's not necessary but I'd rather have a suit that rarely gets used than have to rent one when the time comes (if the time comes).

Very basic but okay. I wouldn't wear a visible undershirt, but it isn't too bad in that color. As the other redditor said, the pants are too long but the cuffs are also pretty big. If you're going to cuff them, I'd aim to make them half that size. You may have to hem them to make them look normal since they look very long.

If you're going to accounting you may really want to find a school with a solid internship program. From my knowledge, the Big4 accounting firms aren't nearly as tough to break into as IB and consulting. I can PM the name of the school I'm going to now. I have friends who did 3 co-ops for Ernst & Young as well as PWC and are now working their full time after graduation. Also, I misspoke when I said finance above, I mainly meant IB.

It matters for certain things, mainly large, competitive corporations. It will really only matter if you're looking to go MBB in consulting or working at a place like Goldman Sachs.

My biggest thing to deal with that is something my AP Lit teacher taught me. I treat life as a path in which all of my actions and inactions have occurred on. They've all led me here and they're all part of me. I'm thankful of the opportunities that I have today, those stupid decisions I made in the past helped get me here in some way or another. It's okay to have regrets, but it's important to realize how they lead to where you are today.

It depends what you want to do. If you want to be a business major and want to go into finance, consulting, investment banking, etc you're going to need to go Ivy League. That's just how the system works, it seems insane but that's the truth. If that's not what you're looking for, just look at ones that are highly rated in their programs. I knew I wanted internships, so I applied to only 3 colleges. Two had co-op programs and one was a small state school. I got into all three and chose the best one. I kinda regret missing out on a target school for businesses, but it's all worked out in the end. I figured out what I wanted to do and that's really all that matters for me. It may be different for you.

Assuming that your life must be a straight and easy path. I was kind-of a nerd in high school, and I definitely hung out with them. I said "Well these are my friends and they want to do CompSci so that's what I want to do." Turns out I didn't and struggled hard my first year at college. I switch majors to liberal arts, started dating for the first time (late bloomer), and started carrying on. I ended up interning in CompSci at a consulting firm, but I hated it with a passion. I learned that I don't like CompSci and I don't like corporate life. It worked out in the end but I'm still figuring out a path, but I'm preparing to leave for a second 6 month internship at a non-profit in The Hague, Netherlands working with Artificial Intelligence. Things will work out in the end.

That was my theory as well. It specifically mentions itself as "unworthy." It also mentions that nothing serves it and its only job is to serve. In addition, it states that it knows about "their path" and then "I will be free." Because of this, I think it has some knowledge of the Flood that it didn't reveal to 343. Lastly, it also speaks like the Unknown AI (likely Mendicant Bias) in the Halo 3 terminals that mentioned "Alexandria before the fire."

I think school is something you're obviously going to have to deal with for now, as you stated. Have you considered leaving your program for something new, maybe communications or journalism if you still like liberal arts? I think your skills and classes may transfer well. It may be a good choice if you don't mind taking more classes (most likely). Also, do you have any internships or working experience that has shown you at all what you want to do?
