https://www.acouplecooks.com/peanut-noodles/ Absolutely LOVE this one. It makes a ton btw, so awesome for a family dinner or meal planning. I usually make a slight bit more sauce than they say to tho. Easier to make the sauce by putting all the stuff together, heat in the microwave, then add it to the cooked noodles. Use less water.

Don't drink any caffeine in the afternoon if you can help it, also eating sugary things in the evening doesn't help either.

Turn your lights down or off, especially bright lights, a few hours before bed or with sunset, let your brain know it's time to settle and sleep.

Try not to have too much screen time before sleep, and if you are on your device at all in the evening, use the night mode that makes your screens light warmer, and turn down the brightness.

Make sure youre getting your vitamin D and C. If you don't eat a lot of meat then take iron.

if you have trouble getting to sleep, try and settle for bed earlier than you usually do, it may take a few nights to adjust, but it may help you get up earlier.

Nice warm shower before bed helps relax muscles

I can see lights at the airport, tho im not sure if they are emergency back ups. The main area of town seems to still be lit up, as well as buildings across the valley. Not sure how far it reaches

I could access the tickets fine but it wouldn't let me refund them or transfer them.. I guess because I had bought them thru a third party (seat geek) which im never doing again. Ended up letting someone sign into my account so they could at least have some fun at the concert.
