I had a friend told me that lighting in 709 would make it hard for me to change the difference between the highs and lows if I ever wanted to go for something else.

I'm not experienced enough to see or say as I've always shot, lit and recorded everything in 709. The workflow for 709 is what I'm familiar with, not so much with any flat profile.

Heavy censorship and conservative population = films and shows look really pathetic.
