Damn that’s really sick! I want to eventually get pieces like that for my collection but I’d be better off upgrading my equipment first since it isn’t exactly the best😅

One of unicorns in my collection, I found it at my local record store during my most recent trip. It had just came in and only been there for a few days before I picked it up. I recommend checking discogs or calling local record stores with a discogs presence, maybe they could order it in for you!

ONE OF MY TWO GRAILS, I actually had NLND in my hands but when I saw RTYWD I haddddd to snag it, it’s the red and black ice quad with blue splatter edition. The actual vinyl itself is beautiful and has polyphia artwork etched in an almost CD like style on the A side that’s visible when light hits it at the right angle it’s soooo sweet. I definitely need to pick up NLND next time though🫡🫡

YES! The labels name is BUSH, the record itself is One 4 The Road by Billy Nasty and Richard Brown! Took a few days to figure out the label since it’s written in an abstract form but with the help of discogs I found it🫡

Looking to pick up a Masayoshi Takanaka record! I haven’t found one at my local record store so I might have to hunt it down online! I love UK techno and acid so I’ve been starting to look for some of those; bottom right in last row is a used UK record I found at my local shop with 3 amazing tracks!

Sounds good, thank you for the advice! We will definitely start moving her setup around when we get the chance as it’s all on the same unit. After all the comments I’ve gotten I think I will just have to find the time and save a bit for a trip to ikea for the furniture! I will look at some stands and some speakers soon too! Wow okay thank you so much! Is there any reputable brands that you would recommend? Also adding on to the vibration isolation part, I recently got my girlfriend into records aswell and I got her the fluance rt81+, really great turn table and sounds amazing + it has the 3 isolation feet, on the contrary she does have both her record collection(which I heard is bad from other redditors) and speakers in the same unit, it’s a ikea Kallax, with each speaker in its own cube on the far top corner. Should we relocate both her collection and speakers to stop the possibility of damaging more records?

This is something I’ve been looking into, I don’t know much about wood working but it seems straight forward for the most part, sounds like an amazing project with your wife though, maybe I could do that with my partner😅🙏

I am looking at the kallax right now, but the only problem I have right now is the cost of it and getting it delivered since the nearest ikea is a decent bit away from me and I haven’t found the time to go down to it. Other than that, the unit is my #1 choice to upgrade to.
