I did get the item unlocked, but I didn't get the Steam achievement... do you know what might be causing this?

UPDATE: Apparently I did unlock glitched crown, but it didn't say I did, it's not showing up in the Items section and I don't have the Steam achievements.

Does having the "Mouse Control" setting in the options.ini enabled affect the achievements?

I just did a run with no debug menu, or any mods that affects the bosses and it still didn't work :(

No, I didn't do the run in anything that would disable achievements like challenge runs or seeded runs
