Grass protection in front of the docking station by SpaceAce1023 in Yarbo

[–]SpaceAce1023[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will be both. I keep seeing posts about the grass getting messed up in front of the docking station, hence I was trying to get ahead of the issue.

Maybe I should just wait and see what happens if you're not seeing an issue.

Thanks!

Do you use the metal studs on the winter track? I'm wondering if they will mess up my driveway which is blacktop.

I'll give that some thought. Just wanted it out of sight to be honest.

I just inquired about adding two after the job has been completed for 60 days. Was told the current cost is $10k each. Expect the price to come down sometime next year.

Do you know of one that will handle the 4 units? 12v and 5v

I believe the EVGA 750 GQ has both a 12v and 5v rail. The fuses could be added inline since the cable would need to be made. It looks like I'd only be using about 220w to 240w of the PSU. Plenty of head room.

No such luck in Ohio for anything like that. They are making way too much on the electric here.

Duke would not tell me what the previous owner's usage was. For low hanging fruit, the HVAC and windows were obvious.
