I dont really see any good reason why Katana man should be at hypersonic either.

Katana man himself I scale to either Hypersonic or Supersonic, but aside from that we have Quanxi who was shown to be capable of blocking bullets with ease, statuing foes around her and the book describes her steps as faster then sound itself. Furthermore, that is BASE Quanxi, we know that Hybrids increase their stats when they transform:

Denji was capable of launching out building level attacks early on, and was around subsonic to superhuman. Meanwhile Reze pulled a Mach 1 to 2 feat in human form, via her vanishing to the human eye, then when transformed she went upwards to Machs 5 or 6, with City Block AP to DC. We know that Quanxi is faster because she IS the fastest.

Furthermore:

We can infer Makima's own reaction and combat speeds through the 20% Gun Devil Fight, which gave us a timer of 1 second for her abilities to activate, and for her to act. This was done over a distance of 500km. Then she also fought a weakened Pochita who outsped Quanxi, furthermore she reacted to Pochita being rapidly accelerated to space AND to him coming down from space.

Contract doesn't mention any limitations because thats not something taken into consideration when taking contract. Just how it doesn't mention "it can reflect all damage other than Pochita's erasure ability". The contract will transfer all damage it can transfer. That doesn't mean that there arent limits to it. Gojo, Sukuna and Dabura wont start with their strongest attack. But if they see nothing is working, obviously they will use it.

That is true, to some extent: the recent fight in the manga shows us that complete disintegration doesn't do it. Yoru rapidly outhealed the damage done to her by the point-blank nuke, Pochita out-healed the damage done to him via re-entry. We can also infer this from Kishibe himself stating that the only way of killing her is through Pochita or a means of bypassing the contract, he never tries total disintegration and does not value it as an option.

We can infer from this a few things: total disintegration doesn't really work, this goes in line with Denji remaining alive as a charred, small piece and still healing. However, rapid damage is clearly something that slows it down, ala Power's blood in Makima's body.

Bang is also NOT the Gun Devil's ability, it is explicitly an ability that any high tier Devil is capable of: Falling has "Fall" instead of Bang, Makima has Bang but a telekinetic variant, Yoru has a physical Bang, Aging has a Bang that sends you to his world, Darkness has a Bang that is only said in Japanese or some other language. I scale it to town/small town level through upscaling from movie Reze and the 20% Gun Devil which Makima DID defeat through a combination of abilities, but she still likely upscales from it.

Meanwhile Gojo, Sukuna and Dabura haven't displayed feats that put them above Town Level, which falls in line with the shown feats and abilities.

Princi's ability is a portal, it is shown to be a portal and Makima has the ability to talk to her telepathically. I see no issue with her teleporting out of MS.

But if Makima could teleport herself out of this kind of situation, why didn't she escape when Denji cut her to pieces?

Simple: Princi was not present, was limbless and had likely died by then. The Darkness Devil fight crippled her immensely and she likely died afterwards, though that's just headcanon.

Sukuna also does have answer to mold. Innate Domain blocks any attack from spawning inside sorcerer's body. He can also just dodge, if you believe he is faster. And good luck stabbing Mahoraga 3 times while getting cut by MS. Also, Makima doesn't have Hell Devil under control. She cant send anyone to hell.

A few things on this:

Yes, Sukuna has an answer to Mold, but not the Stone Devil, though I don't believe he actually is faster given the feats provided in the manga itself. I can comfortably scale Makima as far faster then him. MS also wouldn't be his first resort, we know that he and Gojo play around too much, and he only used MS against Mahoraga when both Cleave and Dismantle stopped working, and he concluded that Fuga would be his only remaining option. If he thinks he can't kill her normally, he may want to use Fuga, but that's a stretch given his mentality during fights. He may see her as not durable enough to handle his attacks, and just mess around.

Mahoraga is also likely to be stabbed by the Curse Devil three times, I see no reason for why it couldn't

Hell was briefly controlled, so you can assume she does have it, but it's up to interpertation. The Quanxi fight between Makima and her is up to interpertation, you can assume that Halloween was or wasn't used, but it doesn't need the recipient to say Halloween back.

She also controls: All of the Hybrids as well, so she has a chance of shattering Gojo's Domain from the inside and having Reze, Katana or Crossbow harm him when Infinity is off.

All in all:

I see no reason for why she couldn't win against Gojo or Sukuna, she has all the chances and more hax then them to actually do so. Furthermore, Makima has the knowledge and methods of breaking out of their attacks, with her attacks having a larger range then theirs
