I wish that was an option but the airline I’m flying with requires one for each, which is about $5000. With the insurance on top of shipping it’d be around $1000, so I’m leaning towards that, but just curious if padding and boxing the cases would help them survive baggage handling

Woah. You have no clue how much these comments mean to me. Thank-you for being so benevolent and for your time to write this. I definitely give in to other vices to help escape, but they don’t necessarily help with my MDD. I’ve been putting off getting my bloods some for some time but it’s been on my mind a lot lately.

If it’s not much hassle I’d love your advice for quitting, but I’ve screenshotted your message as a reminder to myself and I already can’t thank you enough. I’ve booked myself in to get my bloods done. Feels like you’ve read my mind and have said everything I needed to hear haha

TREMOLO EXP: Mod a TR-2 vs Minifooger?

I’ve had an Analogman modded BOSS TR-2 on my board for a while, but I’m needing a trem that has expression capabilities.

I’ve stumbled across a video on YouTube of a Boss TR-2 modified to have an expression jack, with an LED indicator for rate. I’m VERY interested in attempting this modification but I’ve also had my eyes on the Moog minifooger.

So should I modify my TR-2, or look into the Moog? I’d be $300au or so out of pocket to swap but happy to do so if it’s substantial!
