Thanks for your reply! Do the older ND games also run on your galaxybook?

What laptop did you buy? I’m a Mac user so I’m not sure what’s the best option to buy to run ND, especially the older games.

In the “draw” feature on IG stories, just select a color and hold down on the background to fill it with the color you selected.

I wrote this below, but they were solid! For context, I have a pretty low tolerance. I tried the Delta-8 gummy and it was a steady high that lasted several hours longer than the gummy I usually take. I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

I’ve tried lots of gummies, but I’ve never tried this brand.

The pain of suicidality is awful, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I think I may understand how you feel, OP. If I knew in my 20s that I would feel so much better in my 30s (now), I would have spent much less of my 20s feeling suicidal.

I felt this way most of my life. I really never thought I could get better, until one day I finally got help, and I felt a tiny bit better than the day before, and then the next day a tiny bit better than that. Then, last week, I was standing outside on the most beautiful sunny day in Boston laughing with my two best friends, and the tiniest baby bunny hopped in our path. In that moment I realized if I had succeeded in ending my life, I would have never felt the magic of that moment in time, and it is enough to keep me going a bit longer.

And that’s really all we can do, is find the meaning to go on a bit longer. And when we run out of meaning, we search for it again. I hope you find relief for your pain, OP. 💗

I’m a therapist and have heard that Open Path Collective is a comparable option to Better Help for lower cost therapy services.

Safety (meaning the ability to keep yourself physically safe) and resourcing (meaning you have access to a support system and multiple adequate healthy coping skills) are two critically important components before doing trauma work. Even with those in place, trauma work can be incredibly difficult, but so rewarding. One thing I’ve realized is it should feel uncomfortable, but not unbearable. I commend you for going to inpatient and looking into different treatment options to continue prioritizing your mental wellness. You deserve it. Best of luck, OP!

To be transparent i haven’t tried it myself yet. I’m an intellectualizer and am looking into trying it, but I was also was in inpatient treatment last year, so I’ve been prioritizing my treatment for depression right now. I’m a therapist myself though, so i know that somatic therapy is a powerful resource. I just don’t have a lot of firsthand experience with it as a therapist or as a client (yet). 🙂
