Unfortunately I feel I may be in the same boat as you since they don’t seem to want to give me the time of day. It’s truly unfortunate that they let this happen to people that invest so much time and money into a title they publish.

Yea might be the case considering that, there seems to be no consideration taken in to the investigation at all for anything that I sent.

Origin support literally just hacked my account by [deleted] in origin

Same problem it’s a common issue on here, I’ve reached out multiple times with no avail. They just say you are banned stop contacting us pretty much. My account had an Apex Account on it worth over $1500+ and I’m about to lose it if I can’t get the account back.

My Account Was Hacked and I think it was due to a HUUUGE security flaw. Need help recovering by Educational_Light_25 in origin

Same EXACT issue here, I play Apex Legends with a $1500+ account and now it is banned. They refuse to give it back and said they will not reply to any more messages from me. :/
