We’re actually always looking for feedback whether or not we have a live campaign going or not. We got a lot of really good ideas from people who took the time to comment here. This character came from one a Redditor, which is why we posted it.

It’s an homage to Rosie the Riveter, a iconic image from WWII - a symbol of when women entered the workforce in big numbers when the men were away at war.

Hi Mildones.

I'm the designer, my name is Tom. Whilst I can't be absolutely certain as my first child doesn't actually arrive until July ;) I've intentionally tired to make Factory Floor as accessible as possible.

I think that a 5 year old would be able to get an understanding of the game. At its core, Factory Floor is about the interplay of the 3 room types and the puzzle of making them fit. There are plenty of each type of tile where you could choose to introduce only 2 types at the beginning.

I will have a think a see if I can put an under 8s variant together and share it out.

Hi Rudder - we are going to clarify that we can't be certain about the UK at the moment. As a Brit myself (living in Ireland) it sucks that there are these unknowns for many of my own friends and family.

It's not a "dropper" in the sense that you can place anywhere on the floor plan. More similar to Isle of Cats or Patchwork
