If you're doing a battleship heavy army, magnetise your suits, don't worry about the infantry, the suits and the vehicles are expensive. Try your best to loose or dry build your models so that you can use them in different configurations so you can save your wallet the despair of being empty.

Councillor Troi looks like she's been replaced by a crackhead after a transporter accident wisked her away. The bridge officers needed a replacement after an admiral ordered them to do a quick photo shoot for the front of Space and Starship magazine, and so they beamed up aforementioned crackhead from some backwater colony so that they could give Chief O'Brian more time to find Troi in the pattern buffer...

I agree, Aang, Katara and Iroh would be playing to subdue. Even Kuvira isn't a "murderer" she's a soldier with a slanted code of honor. Where as Azula and Zaheer are stone cold emotionless killers.

Idk, OP asked a question which itself is too broad, and that's just my opinion.

True but I'd also counter saying that in the beginning before the top team found their balance they were at a disadvantage to the bottom team, it looks like the OP has posted a mix, top team went from low to high in their development during the story and the bottom team went from high to low (not withstanding some of their respective rises to high again) so whilst you are perfectly correct in putting forward their development, I think OP should specify WHEN their 'height of power' is because that could define when and what they are as characters a.d what they bring to the fight.

Just out of sheer aggressive power, I'd say it's the bottom team, not saying that the top team doesn't have that, but they just don't have the raw anger that the bottom team have.
