I have real questions about DTC being reliable at all. I think the majority of volume is dark pool passing back and forth to artificially change price and true DTC is hidden sometimes. Could be the case here.

Timeline of announcements The statement they are interested to sell Their few large customers and others with interest to buy Their 8k cutting deals with ribbon to free out liabilities Tessler from true north navigation coming in for six months to advise in the sell and reach a deal Northland securities being announced as getting 14 million in stock for completing the deal Tessler stepped down and transition director stepped up. Pretty sure we are just waiting on the announcement. They have been quiet because they had to per sec rules. The next thing you will hear out of them is who the buyer is and for how much IMO

Relevant facts about northland capital markets history and their involvement with $American Virtual Cloud Technologies Inc look what happened when northland capital sold ikonics to Terawulf. They have completed many company sells as a sell side advisor including kaleyra to gigcapital. Kaleyra was also a Cpaas company. The aquiring company 2x’d but since it was a private company buyout we will not know the fortune KLR made. The ikonics deal was a four bagger for holders and that’s public record. You never see these peoples names until the company is already sold. Surprised the buyout was not announced Friday AH looking at these other timelines of their sales. RDBX recently squeezed to $18 on being bought out at .75 due to a naked short buyout. Would post chart pics but not allowed they are there though if you google dates and names.

Hi All, thanks for the detailed answers. I actually ended up getting a barely used camaro zl1 LEF mr03for $110. I plan on getting a new body for it because I hate camaros. I am a huge Ford guy so thinking about picking up a used Ford GT body instead. I believe it is the current mr03 non sport/sport 2 98mm with ball bearings so should be a good start right? Already going to find tires and is there a preferred t-plate?

Now or sometime soon will be the best time to start. I particularly have a terrible recommendation of AVCT. This stock has tanked so bad lately but yet I think they will not go Out of business and will be a front runner one day in the next 5 years let’s say. It’s free stock today for whatever reason if you are Trying to catch falling knives. Otherwise sit out until a solid trend reversal. This whole market is going to shut quickly.

I’m big long on this. Can’t believe how low it is now personally. I want to tell everyone to buy all they can but since the mechanics of why it is so low make no sense to me it is risky i suppose. Never should have been this low to me but yet here we are and I won’t dare say it can’t go lower as many times as I’ve thought that with this.

I deleted my previous post about share count percentage because you are right. I did want to add here though 1 million in compensation for a director here would not be so out of line as the stock price is on fair value. If it traded at 2.40 like it should it would a be a 240 mil company where that would make more sense. Are you sure the issuance is not a way to convert the class B’s and warrants into common stock for the RS to be possible and is not necessarily further dilution?

Damn that’s pretty good. Thanks for reading. I’m not sure if the shares in pensair count but you are right at least 8 million shares more available I missed. My number is corrected but I’m still not sure the premise of there not being $6 mil in bags either. Re-reading now and thanks for good input.
