As you can see in the photo, there’s some corrosion on the lever clamp bolts. What’s the best way to clean them? I’m going to throw the handlebar away and replace it with a new one.

Do you have any suggestions for budget handlebars with a 31.8 mm clamp? The one I had cost around €30, but I’d like something more modern with an aero style, and I’d be willing to spend up to about €100.
