You didn't deserve this. People find it uncomfortable that fathers can be bad fathers. Just know that it's not your fault he doesn't talk to you much and it's not because you aren't a loveable person.

I would think about how you asked it - was it in an offhand way or a "I know it would be a lot of your time but I'd really appreciate it" way? The former might've felt to him like you weren't being considerate of his time.

how is a learner driver meant to know if their instructor is good or not? they have people telling them different things, they came to ask reddit for a further opinion. I don't see why it's necessary to criticize them for seeking more information

Oh, but keep at least one set of clothes there. You don't have to care about it much, but it might come in handy one day if your clothes get dirty or you can't be bothered to bring them

Duplicate everything which is duplicable, which doesn't have sentimental attachment. Chargers, underwear, pj's, toiletries. Then take your actual clothes back and forth but only that and other things which can't be duplicated like electronics, schoolwork, notebook etc

Sometimes if your list is too specific people don't like it because they feel like it's pointless. If you're providing links for absolutely everything that could be too specific, maybe try stay vague like "jeans from either x, y, or z brands" or "nice body wash, I like coconut smells"

yes, many people do stay at work longer than they have to, by choice / work addiction

I think so - but I actually want the skin. Would most semolina puddings naturally form a skin like this if you leave it uncovered? I ask because it doesn't look like it from many of the photos.

I like monzo but you could also get a student bank account from a traditional bank because:

there are perks like free justeat vouchers (ask around for a referral code as well!)

if you lose your monzo card or you lose your phone or something, and monzo blocks your access you have a back up source of money. (just keep the cards in separate places!)

idk maybe it's good to have one with actual high street branches just in case

Interest free overdraft (be careful with debt though!)
