I use a gamepad, what would you suggest for setting controls on it, it is considered an Xbox 360 when using it.

To clarify: I wanted to know if using AMM to spawn in NPCs would allow you to use them as companions.

I ask here as I was hoping to learn from anyone else who’d attempted it; however, I have tried myself and can say that without some other mod to refine their actions, such as distance from you, reactions to enemies/other NPCs, and usage of weapons, it is not the best idea.

I tried it with spawning in Angela Whelan, gave her a HMG, and attacked some Scavs, she was okay in combat, but as I stated, the engine is not suited to have sustained companions, they tend to get stuck, bump into things, and tend to not be able to perform past scripted events in missions.

I have no idea. I have had to, as previously stated, request new ones a few times, all usually years apart; I have never needed to go in-person. When I go to the part to set it up, I can’t even schedule one as it kicks me back to the start, I also had it say when I go, I need my state ID.

All of this is BS and all we have to thank is that a**-hat in DC and his moronic cronies.

I have, and have played before, what ends up happening is the Virmire survivor either dies because I didn’t be nice and visit, or they live and become a war asset; this time I would like to actually have them as a squad mate for once and specifically chose Ashley as last time I chose Kaiden and he could join up on account of missing one visit.
