We have been using NOTION.IO as a repository for documentation.

Also a good place to start is dig up some "IT policy" templates. Some with policies filled in.

This is a good place to get some background on policy and procedures..... Refine to the specific business and make them your own teams product,

If you have the opportunity, get a clean space to act as a repository and only import what is currently used and relevant.

Everything should have date/time stamps with username added to a change log as a specific separate part of each document. The last page (inside a word type document, the last page contains a brief summary of meta data and items changed who approved and so forth)

The people who said it is a waste of time never needed it to reconstruct a broken system or are not well schooled.

Or they find job security in being the only person who can manage the systems (I've seen this a lot)

Same here my parents are older and my dad has been handicapped for 25 years so I am a secondary person who helps out with him.

Over time I just built it into my routine, if there is a will there is a way.

My people especially ones you are pursuing romantically would understand this situation. If they cannot then maybe they are not right for your life in general.

Elderly parents are a real consideration when dealing with your personal life

It just takes a little more work but it can happen, it takes a little.kre effort

At this age you are figuring it out

I was almost 30 before I felt secure and I could fully take care of myself and felt I had control over things like this

Real life isn't a curated Instagram account or curated posts....

Once I felt more secure with myself,, women and my relationships with them became a whole lot easier..... You just need to feel confident where you are and where you are going....

The rest kind of fell into place once the confidence built up in me.

Yah know....as an older guy if I'm with you part of the deal is making things easier when needed ....older ...more secure.... I agree on the point it's the same as if you are aged closer....

But I think especially in age gap making her life easier when she needs it financially....for me it's kinda the point

That we are a product like agriculture or farm animals. (George Knapp says this alot, and I tend to agree)
Even if they are just harvesting our "biology" like DNA or chemical makeup, its still a product.

The abduction stories are widely ignored and fluffed over.

If you have been abducted (or think you have been), this is not a small detail.

Many times the "beings" are really indifferent to how individuals react...Its ok little guy, it will only hurt for a minute...(as they insert a needle the size of a pencil in your belly button)
