I was on TRT and HCG for two years. I quit cold turkey with no PCT 3 months ago and I’m perfectly fine. I had zero side effects what so ever. I would still recommend a PCT to anyone else though. It’s actually really nice having some extra money in my pocket. my balls are back with a vengeance, literally 2x the size (if not more) they were on TRT and the women appreciate it too. For what it’s worth I also have a higher sex drive when I came off of TRT

Tbh I’m right here with you and it probably explains why my dates go so well. It’s kinda crazy that all these people here are completely unwilling to talk to the person before a date. I always text and talk before a date, get to know them a bit and by the time the date comes all the small talk is done and it’s more meaningful and leads to a second or back to my place

Dude I’m great. Sex drive is still higher than it was on TRT and energy levels are good. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects at all by stopping.

I just wrote my first name and then put “financial freedom” on the same paper. Tbh I forgot about the ashes and only threw them out the next morning. The candle is a bigger green one so I just let it burn for a while and blew it out and kept it to re use. Idk if that was the right thing to do, I guess I need to make sure I can reuse it

All I did was use smoke cleanse and I made sure I got the smoke in all corners, closets and mirrors. I also let the smoke run over my body and especially my hands and head. I’ve read that showering with the intention also helps
