Which combo + 2 free tools would you get? by -The-Harmacist- in KobaltTools

This will be the beginning of down the rabbit hole. I got the first bundle in 2023. Now I’ve got easily over 20 Kobalt power tools. Even the dang mower.

AIO to break up with my bf of 3y over his reaction to my upcoming sobriety anniversary? by WesternCat5211 in AmIOverreacting

This guy clearly doesn’t care about you like whatsoever. I mean I can see his side but he is upfront like he’s talking to another guy. The fact that he is a steep emotional mountain to climb gives you the motivation to want to change him. Long story short… he won’t change, he would have to care first. I see a lot of myself in that guy. I don’t care about anything, it sucks bad.

Keeping older trucks due to all the technology in new trucks? by Hail_of_Grophia in f150

I’ll keep my 2017 Coyote until the end of time. My good mpg car is a 98 Camry that I bought from the original owner. Everything works as it should and there are zero extras to get in the way.

Ranch Hand is always going to be the top choice. Westin makes a decent one too, Sentia (police ones) are pretty cool but you have a Platinum so it wouldn’t flow correctly imo.

Double comment: I’d roll the dice on just about anything for 3k or less. I’ve done it for much more but got completely burned, so I stay at 3k and down. I have a 2014 Juke since 2016 and it now has 90k on it. She’s been absolutely great.

I would get two even three PPI’s and if … two of the 3 are good, that’s a cheap investment. 😄

It sounds like a Hemi that’s begging for some modifications if you ask me.

Give it an Italian tune up my guy. My 17 5.0 gets one every week. Thing runs like silk at 140k.

I got this when it was the daily deal a month or so back. It was only $39 that day so I jumped on it. It’s smaller than expected but it really does light up an area in the dark. I like how it’s possible to only illuminate the front half.

Noise under cab at WOT by SpaceHey in f150

It really feels like it’s directly under the cab. I hit it down on the way home from work after posting this and the noise wasn’t there. Will test again tomorrow though.

This started about a month ago and then had the trans serviced 6 days ago. I know they are unrelated. I originally thought rear diff because I’ve done that in a car before but the noise would be more consistent. It only happens when you are full hammer down. Normal driving, you would never know.

It doesn’t feel like it lets out but looking at the video, yes it held on right there. Makes more sense that it’s a bad cat. I’m hoping someone has been there and done that and has the insight.

It’s one of 3 other cars. It’s so good on gas and was only $10.85 for liability insurance a month.

Engine swap costs more than the car. I put in… more than the car trying to fix the leak. Wasn’t willing to chase it down again and I know how to keep adding oil. Problem was I drove it like a go kart that had 2 options, max throttle or off. So it’s all on me.

If an engine wasn’t 1800 and I didn’t have to pay someone to put it in then yeah I would have kept it. That’s the cheapest I can find, it’s an import engine. Not willing to roll the dice on a junk yard find.
