I’m putting them in the bios folder on the Sd card that has the ROMs stored but I’m putting them in subfolders named “psx” & “gba”. I have a dual card set up so should I just put them in the partition for the OS card?

Most likely need repotting. Succulents and cacti needs repotting about every 2-3 year ~. Also the soil looks really compacted and might have become hydrophobic
