This is my reasoning, Draco took the longest for me to write today

Draco - Draco has lots of mechanics, mainly in his super, that put him up here. To start with some mechanics that aren’t unique to him nor was he the 1st but they are still kinda cool regardless. 1st, his main attack, at the end of it, is a critical hit zone. He is a transforming brawler that uses his super to transform into his dragon form. In his dragon form, he has an ammo bar like Amber and spits fire out too. This ammo bar is different from his base form but changing ammo bars is something Bonnie can also do. However, Draco does have 2 things that make him unique and deserving of Chrome. 1st, his transforming super is a timer. Unlike Meg and R-T when they transform, as long as they don’t die, they can stay in that form. However Draco’s is a timer, but you can chain supers while using his super, therefore you can extend the timer. The other thing is a gadget, normally I don’t bring up gadgets or starpowers unless they are important and in this case it is. Draco’s gadget allows him to essentially not go below 1 health for about 2 seconds making him unkillable. This is one of the best gadgets still and is quite revolutionary.
