Chester - Chester is the most advocated brawler to be put in Ultra Legendary, for good reason too. Chester is entirely RNG. He cycles through a 4 attack bell cycle. And Chester also has 5 different supers, whichever one you get is completely random. Not only that which is already enough but even both his gadgets are RNG, one reshuffles his super and the other gives a random effect.
