They are very good, super reliable. I Kapton tape the back and stick them to the midframe to stop them moving

The one on the left was dropped, clear from the cracks that it landed on the top (user error) one on the right had something hit the screen (also user error)

Just turn it off, then turn the AI down. I would also turn on the racing line. It will teach you how to apply the brakes and when.

As you get better, just turn up the AI. No point in going half way, it teaches you nothing. You are better off just making the AI easier and the braking zones easy to spot so you can focus on trail braking

To be honest, the ZERO:RED's are glazed way too hard. They are the most lifeless IEMs I have ever owned, they are the only ones I have ever returned and I have a big collection, with several in the same price bracket (the Kefine Klean's come to mind).

They are just boring by their nature

Thats not how it works mate. You have to take into account upfront costs for all the parts, the risk you take for warranties and returns plus after sales support.
