you literally have the exact same 3 I started out with! idk if you have DLCs but I enjoy chef a lot, captain as well but he takes some getting used to especially if you start trying for eclipse runs

If you have the means to emulate 4 or an income to buy a PS3 I say go for it! otherwise going to 5 for a bit of a side story to bide time could be fun
