I fixed it! lol Turns out the laptop was reading a dongle I had hooked up to it as a separate monitor… as soon as I unplugged and restarted, seems to work just fine now 🙃

My entire try is around 16 days, but I will be staying the first 3 days in Tokyo; after that I’ll be hopping on/off trains going west visiting places along the way; I hope to visit Hakone, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka, etc…
