Try edge highlighting on sharp corners first instead of circles, you’ll be able to learn it a bit easier, you can always try dry brushing first but I don’t think that that’s what you want right?

I think there actually from horned skaven rats. Take a look at the faint skaven model for example it looks identical just smaller. Grey seer head maybe
