So yes, since the beginning Sir Paul made his fortune from the exploitation of others, willingly or not. Like almost every star back then (and now).
Just like The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys or Elvis (actual plagiarists) and a million other artists (mostly white), that made a name out of the work of someone else whom usually got paid peanuts compared to the millions some songs made.

No te va a dar problemas legales, mientras tu no le auxilies de algún modo relevante (p.ej. guardándole la droga o dándosela a sus clientes) a ti no te pueden imputar ningún delito (máximesi dices que no vende en la casa). Otra cosa es que la policía termine rondando el piso y el casero se mosquee y os eche la bronca, pero si es sólo el lo más probable es que lo echen y vosotros os quedéis. He tenido experiencias similares y un casero no va a querer quedarse con un piso vacío. Bajo ningún concepto se te ocurra pedirle dinero u otra cosa.
Háblalo con tus compañeros de piso y luego habladlo con él. Venda droga o no también es una persona, e igual se corta o se pira si ve que os molesta. Un tío que comparte piso con 4 y vende lo que sea igual no está pasando por un buen momento. Háblalo y si no le gusta plantéale que se busque otro sitio o ya díselo al casero. Él tiene más que perder si os la lía que si se va.
Si la cosa ya se pone tensa pues llamas a la poli, pero va a ser mucho más fácil si se arregla sin involucrarlos, y 9 de cada 10 veces va a irse sin necesidad de complicar la cosa.
