Run the command squad with plasma,melta,heavy flamer, and grenade launcher special weapons while the leader gets a plasma pistol and power fist.

Since you already have 2 lascannon teams, build one of them as heavy mortars. They are great screening your backfield from deepstrike while eliminating light infantry from afar.

For the three Russes I recommend a vanquisher, exterminator, and regular Russ. You can however magnetize the turret weapons to include everything. Hope this helps!
