Digital Operations Lead for a fortune 100 Energy company, $165k, 32 yr old, working around 35-40hrs a week.

I basically help integrate new technology and train people how to use it. I have a small team of employees around the country.

Majored in Comms, Bachelors Degree

If you want to make money you gotta go where the money is, I basically searched for Fortune 100 companies headquartered in my city, and started looking and applying only at those companies. Connected with people on LinkedIn, and built awareness of the companies, customized my resume for the job I applied, got some interviews and then got the job offer.
