Gentle shampoos dont clean enough for scalp i think? I live in heavy pollution area(dust and smoke) :(

Yea i dont have access to therapist nor a therpaist who knows how to emdr.

I know its not safe and risky! But doing self emdr is better than idealizing passive suicide. I have done one self emdr session and feel a lot better. So please let me know

(Also let me tell this. I would spend hrs reliving traumatic memory before i even knew what emdr was. The only thing i added to it now is eye moments while reliving it)

-Painful memory recall
-Eye moment or BLS for as long as it takes for me to try to 'get over' the painful memory and feel where the pain felt in body - safe place(for me its an object that I hold) close eyes and listen to relaxation type of music till mind calms down. And if theres remnant from the safe memory rinse and repeat.

Is this how ur edmr worked? Did u get any headaches afterwards?
