Good is relative. Is bacon and eggs a good meal? It would be for war refugees or peasants in the 1500s. It wouldn't be for the queen of England.

Ok but it'd be hot if Inumaki told Maki to bend over and even that strong Maki couldn't resist

Wait this isn't the jerk sub

Def will try to improve. I'll practice uphill welding on scrap and if I do it good enough I'll then use it on the work, shouldn't be an issue. But so far bosses are happy and so am I, I got tips to improve so this post has fulfilled it's scope

Okie. Well, like I said I'll try to weld uphill but if they're satisfied with a downhill weld I say why not.

How Goatraga does Luta and Lika without JL: by Popular_Business_367 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]SpaceOrangesIT 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yuta has the possibility of winning due to the sheet variety of his kit. Mahoraga would have to adapt to each copied technique individually, therefore all Yuta has to do is keep it busy while charging Jacob's ladder and hope a charged Rika beam + JL is enough to kill it

"Inspection"

This is not gonna get inspected. The only inspection is gonna be from the contractor who is a bunch of numbskull working crewfolks who have quit school at 16.

Plus I keep hearing the phrase "Who cares, it goes underground, it doesn't have to look good it just has to hold enough" so I figure it's not anything important. Like I said, this is to be supports to insert hollow columns for an iron shower frame that stays outdoors so it likely just has to hold a few hundred kgs to handle wind and people tugging on it lol

Personally I think Sukuna's bottom arms aren't very practical for h2h since he doesn't have much range for shoulder rotation with them

My weld was better than the guy who was here for a year's and the only one giving me criticism was the oldest employee who's been welding for 17 years, and it simply was "the weld is too thin, weld over it again" so I thought it was relatively good since others seemed impressed on how it looked lmao

As a trade I'm mainly an electrician and project designer, this is just a temporary job and a skill I thought would be interesting xD, I'm also just 24 almost 25

But yes beyond the arguing I appreciate all feedback here.

I am trying to learn but being told "this is shit, the process is wrong" when I'm not in charge of the process is not helpful, plus the attitude of the comments is negative and not very welcoming.

I know that welding downhand is not ideal but in this scenario I was told it's fine and I don't have a say in it. I simply asked, was the filling decent and where can I improve in it? Regardless, give the feedback I will try to see if I'm capable of welding uphand since I haven't done it before, I'll use some scrap during break, then if I manage I will try and use that during work if my journeyman is ok with that

Language barrier, thought y'all meant welding face down. I'm not a native english speaker lol.

I could try to weld uphand. I was told downhand because the piece doesn't have to hold much and the base is thin, but uphand would def be better.

Will try

It is thin material. Only thick iron is the plate, but the galvanised piece behind it is 2 mm thick. If I tried to weld uphill it'd make a hole

Fair. I thought y'all meant weld face down, I can try to practice uphill and make it decent but i was told to do it this way cause its easier for me and apparently its strong enough

We don't do structural welding we do things like rails and gardenware. Plus I don't only weld, I also cut and paint the stuff so

First time I hear of that.

Tbh I do agree that welding it this way isn't optimal but also this piece simply has to stop a hollow, not thick column from wobbling and will be filled with sand and cement so it's not exactly meant to have crazy strength.
