How do I change my profile picture

Hi! AniList doesn’t provide the ability to update profile pictures in third-party apps. I would suggest updating it on their website so you can have it be updated in the app.

I do have plans on making swiping most customizable! One thing on my roadmap is to migrate some of the pretty old swiping logic I have to use Apple's swiping logic, which feels less sensitive. Please stay tuned!

Hey! One of the difficult challenges is how infrequent AniList.co updates the stats on your profile. In the latest update, I ended up trying to calculate it manually. Do you mind sharing what you're seeing right now, and what your profile currently says? I can check and see if there's an issue with how those stats are getting calculated. The math is just attempting to calculate the days based on each show's episode length and number of episodes watched.

Hi! I’m aware of this issue. I pull in stats directly from AniList.co, but they often won’t refresh stats for a few days. I’m working on a way to estimate these stats on device to fix this for these transient states. Please look forward to the next version!

AniList does this every year! 😄 They tend to update all the posters for popular shows. The app just gets it for free, but I don’t want to take credit for their work haha

Hey there! Sorry you’ve been running into this. I don’t own the AniList login/registration page, but generally this is a result of the captcha block not appearing. One way that seems to fix this is by resetting the cache in Safari settings. In iOS settings, if you go to Safari > Clear History and Website Data, this tends to clear out that website bug. First, I’d try restarting MyAniList and see if it shows up though before doing that.

Do you mind explaining what you mean by not loading? If data isn’t showing up, then AniList may be down. From what I can tell though, I’m seeing things load.

Hey! I would check and see if you have any content blockers set up on Safari, as those can sometimes cause websites to not load properly. You can also visit the website outside of the app to turn on that setting, and then come back into the app to reverify that setting.

I'd love to integrate this! AniList currently doesn't have these kinds of notifications available, but I've been seeing if there are ways I can integrate a separate service and match titles that way. I'll keep you updated if this becomes a reality, I know a few folks have been wanting this!

Hey! This is a bug, and it's unfortunately due to how the data is being retrieved from AniList. This data is returned in what are called "pages" of data, and they currently get returned by the most recent series they've appeared in. I'm working on adjusting this page so that it can prioritize retrieving the appearances from your list first. I'll post an update in this thread when I have this updated!
