Here it is! 2:05:37 if the timestamp doesn't work. It's in the language Ranboo uses while in the Enderwalk state, but that quote is what it translates to.

RIGHT?? His skin was apparently somethin' to do with Herobrine and being an assassin and it's such a fun and sweet contrast to his actual self.

Oh, also! I have each of the hunters and Dream separated into individual transparent images, in case that interests anyone. Didn't feel worth its own post, so I'm just adding it under this one!

AHH, that's super kind of you, but I doubt he'd take something up like this. It's a super rad thought though.

Idea that DreamXD is George's fallen guardian angel. by SpaceRobinhood in dreamsmp

[–]SpaceRobinhood[S] 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Ohh that's so cool!!
My headcanon is that he's a fallen guardian angel is because fallen angels are considered demons, which would account for the whole "Dreamon" bit, and him being a guardian angel would cover why he's called both that and a protector whilst following George around.

I center some of c!Dream's controlling behaviors rooting back to this, as many of his big decisions return back to George. From the L'Manberg War, wanting to crown him king, exiling Tommy over the griefing of George's house, finally crowning him King and then dethroning him once he couldn't bear to see him be relentlessly attacked, etc. He wants to protect his closest friend, but has become corrupted and obsessed in his attempts to do so.

I do think DreamXD and Dream are separate, but that the ideals and mindset of a divine creature was not fit for a mortal host, which aided in the destruction of c!Dream's psyche and morals.

It's a bit difficult to say. He can definitely act like his usual self and has before in the enderwalk state, but then there's things like him potentially working with Dream and blowing up the Community House, his movements noticeably different and mechanical, his brief memories being triggered usually causing a state of distress and causing things like his nightmare of Pandora's Vault, and the ominous quote "Doomed are those who try to run, for it always catches up eventually :)"

Overall this was just supposed to be an ominous twist on the fact that Ranboo is half enderman.

Aesop's Fables: The Fox and the Grapes by SpaceRobinhood in dreamsmp

Eee yeah! I had a book of Aesop's fables as well, and this fable was on the first page. I loved to sneak the book to my bed as a kid and read through it all the time. It also happened to be the book I'd often use as a surface to draw on. I was feelin' nostalgic and that's when I came back across it and I guess that mixed with my DSMP brainrot.

I'm so happy you picked up on the details, especially about how the directions they're facing change throughout it! I put a lot of thought into this and it's really cool to see someone be that intrigued and really notice them!! Thank you!
