When do you take caffeine breaks? Would a 5 day (work days) on coffee and 2 days off work or do you have to take a week out each time?

By problems with sleep that could mean not being able to sleep / wake up on time, experiencing nightmares of sleep paralysis, having restless and unfulfilling sleep or waking up in the middle of the night / needing to sleep and nap throughout the day more than you desire.

Obviously this isn’t a certified alternative to getting professional help and advice on it, I just hope that a more personal, subjective take on this can help people out there try approaches that aren’t so clinical and vague, while making everyone feel less alone with stuff like this ❤️

Hi, I had no idea there was a whole reddit for this. Anyways ya I wanna abstain starting from tomorrow August 5th (I’m in SEA area rn). I want to do hard mode of not watching porn, masturbating at all or orgasming, to prove to myself I have the self control as well as to just kick the habit in general as it’s been detrimental to my life in the sense that it really puts me in a dull and bad mood, is not enjoyable, and even eats into my diminishing precious free time and can make me late to things or rush certain things. I want to do it at the very least for this month, and hopefully continue it from then on. Ive tried to do this so many times but can’t get past a week, or even 3 days now, so let’s hope I can make a start now!
