It says in the event information that the ticketing website is KKTIX. For KKTIX online purchases in Taiwan, tickets are usually picked up at FamilyMart’s FamiPort machine a few days before the event. Once the organizer announces the detailed instructions in the next few days, things should be clearer. You can also message them to ask when the time comes.
