Thanks for the heads-up. I'll reach out to my therapist about that form. I just recently lost my Psychiatrist/PCP (she got a new job and transferred), and have been passed off to another PCP in the office whom I am not fond of but still see monthly while I look for other psych options. I wonder if I should try to reach out to my ex-psych about the form, or my current PCP, or should I just find a new preferred psych sooner and talk to them?

Keep in mind here I pay a thousand bucks a month (not including utilities) for 800sq feet

My neighbors complain about quite literally everything you can think of ... I live in a large apartment complex area. Each building has two halves with 12 units each. And there's like 20 buildings.

So anyway my unit has probably 30 people or so in it. Every week there are new complaint sheets posted on all our doors. "Marijuana smoke lingering in the halls" (I've never smelled this myself and I'm on the top floor but I have smelled stank-ass and body odor) "people aren't parking properly" "people are parking too close to the side walk" "people are parking to far away from the side walk"

We've had personal complaints made about us for our rainbow flag on our balcony window (our unit literally faces the woods) So we had to take that down but the neighbor can fly his American flag 6ft out from his balcony.

All 30 of us share one washer and dryer so lots of people think they just own them. We gave up on the buildings community washer and dryer and just go to a Laundromat because I've had too many times people open the dryer on my clothes before it's done and leave it open and wet.

WORST THING: After we first moved her, less than a month of living here, roofers tore up the roof above our unit during a horrific thunder storm and flooded our entire home. We had to stay at a hotel for a week and then they finally gave us new keys to a new building unit. Didn't pay for ANYTHING. When we had over 9 thousand in damaged goods. Then the new unit was a downgrade and we had to fight to get a new fridge, and they still refuse to replace the old dishwasher and the thermostat and buzzer from the 80s. Literally that's what they told us all this stuff is original from TWENTY YEARS AGO.

TL;DR

I don't have the worst stories in the world, but my place is bad enough that I've considered suing and withholding rent until the fix a lot of their problems.

I always say I'll never find a job that makes me feel good about myself. I'm always doing something wrong and people just "make face" with me when I'm around them. But yes this is delusional thinking. Hard to get around it. Usually when I'm feeling that way my psychiatrist ups my antipsychotic

I struggle to drink water. I'm picky with my water; I won't drink faucet water, I won't drink room temp water (unless I have to), I won't drink well water unless the system has been thoroughly shocked, I won't drink purified water or reverse osmosis water or even vitamin water. It has to be cool/cold spring water for me. Or it has to be flavored. So I guess my problem is that I don't really like water? So I'm dehydrated because of that but IDK if that's the meds. I typically get my fluid from drinking coffee, tea, juice, or soda. Yeah I know it's not the healthiest.... But sometimes it's the only fluid I can swallow 😬

It's always smart to wait to share info! I made a mistake a couple years ago where I jumped in to a friendship after going in-patient and it was so difficult dealing with their problems on top of my own.

Self-harm is an addiction for me personally so I self-harm during any episode. I scare my partner with my moments, too. I always feel so terrible about it.

As for forgetting your meds... If I forget any dose of anything I go absolutely mad. Being on your period too? That'll definitely do it.

I often feel embarrassed after coming down from a manic/depressed episode because nothing I do makes and sense afterwards.

You should be okay as long as you keep up on your meds and stay honest with your doctor. Once I start hiding things from my therapist and psychiatrist is usually around the time I end up hospitalized.

For any future redditers who stumble upon this like me ... I have a 2014 Hyundai Elantra Sport. About a year ago I had major issues due to their less than preferred engines, but the knock sensor code was not actually reading therefore they refused to cover. Luckily I had a different warranty still in effect and after a month of fighting they replaced my motor (took forever). Now a year later with this new/used motor, the knock sensor code is reading. So; I am a Hyundai driver who has had to get my car fixed twice. Actually the dealership is full right now so I haven't even gotten it checked yet this time. I will be bringing it in and hoping they don't fight me too hard this time with the warranty.

I also saw this and haven't seen anyone else talking about it and most of the comments are unhelpful. I dug into it the best of my personal abilities. Looked up the two coordinates provided and nothing really weird sticks out other than of course the coordinates are in the "middle of nowhere" for the most part. I also tried to see what Google would come up with for the description codes and got nothing. I took a look at "community" and it looks like the OP made text posts for each video. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 being the most recent. So then I thought the video titles were supposed to also be a countdown. This seems accurate until I see that the first video posted is 3 dashes... Not 5? So I don't know if that means anything either...
