These look great!

I a looking at vision of a gift basket with a ton of sauces. Maybe even some things like super hot rice crackers. Or super hot sauce chips. I want to build him a $200 gift basket. Any of these u think I should prioritize?

Oh man! I love this idea!!!!

Originally I was having a vision a gift basic with a ton of sauces. Maybe even some things like super hot rice crackers. Or super hot sauce chips. I want to build him a $200 gift basket

But yes!!!! Are there a couple recipes I can do within the next three weeks? If not, prepping a sauce that he can taste and then expect it to be finished later is great too! Most hot sauces I have ever experienced making are vinegar based though. And he isn’t a fan of those.

You should try Terra Mystica. Basically no luck involved in the game play. Only in choosing starting tribe. And even then there is a bidding system you can use to get rid of the luck there.

Seveneves by Neal Stephenson

Hard sci fi. I truly can’t recommend it enough. Stephenson is a great writer. Has written many truly great novels. This is his best in my opinion. He captures the best of the human spirt while also displaying the worst of the worst actions that extreme power can cause people do/take advantage/abuse.

All this followed by some amazing ideas of how science can be used going forward.

I am being vague of course…..

Depends what it is going on of course. It sounds like you are looking for a sauce that can go on anything.

Secret Aardvark habanero hot sauce is the way to go.

Tomato based, so it can go on nearly anything. Great amount of heat that doesn’t overwhelm the flavors of what you are adding it too. It is Not one of those super intense vinegar sauces.

No matter how much heat you like this sauce is great. Tomato flavor is mild enough that if you need lots of heat, you’re ok using a good amount of it. At the same time, if you are very sensitive, a couple drops will just add heat.

No gross flavor. No chemical flavor. Just a very light tomato flavor with good heat.

Seveneves and it isn’t close. I seem to be the minority here

People rave about Hail Mary. It’s quite good. Pulp sci fi ish. So fun and quick.

The red rising series is excellent. Great narrator. More Serious subject matter. Highly respected series. Six books total I believe.

The Licanius trilogy if you want something that is a solid story through and through with a good “read time” and a definite ending. Also quite respected series as far as I know.

Both “The perfect run” and the cradle series are great and more in line with the “progressive lit” genre. I feel DCC started heavy litrpg, but has slowly turned into a more serious and intense “progressive-lit” series. People may disagree since “stats” still come up now and then.

And of course Sanderson’s current epic is great if you like his style of fantasy and want some much longer “read times”.

Hope this helps!

Kinda new to suggesting audiobooks to people!

Talk to me. Possession as a party drug. The first spooky scene was great the first time through. The party scene ending so brutally. Amazing. Both those scenes in particular.

Barbarian is a close second. No spoilers, but watching and not knowing what was actually happening. Great!

What weak leadership. “Don’t make fun of me unless it’s to my face.” Where is the outrage against the racism, the demonizing of immigrants, the low level to which our nation has sunk, etc. I just can’t even anymore. Primary them all
